WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?

After booking you should receive an email or call, (whatever you entered for your best contact information) following up on any additional questions or requests. We will work together to schedule a time of delivery. The goal is to provide a stress free and easy set up so all you have to do is rent, relax and celebrate!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Each tent takes about 15-20 minutes to set up. Please ensure the area is clean and that the space is cleared in preparation of your delivery. Each tent holds a space of 3ft wide x 6.5ft depth. The renter is responsible for planning the location of each tent and ensuring there is enough space.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM THEMES?

Yes! We love taking an idea and making it come to life! Custom themes may include additional charges including but not limited to a consultation fee for design.

DO YOU OFFER ANY ADD ONS?

Yes! We offer all kinds of add ons from balloon clusters, backdrops, balloon stand with foil or themed balloon, popcorn machines, karaoke machines, including pieces for your breakfast in like donut stands, tiered trays for display and cake stands! Never hesitate to reach out or ask! We can do almost anything and enjoy the challenge! :)
