Yes. Once booked an email will be sent to the email on file. All rentals require a signed contract to confirm your reservation and ensure mutual understanding of our terms and policies. If the contract is not signed at least 48 hours before your event, the rental will be canceled, and a $50 non-refundable retainer will be withheld.

Yes! Pickups are available by appointment only. We'll coordinate a scheduled time and provide all the details to make your pickup as smooth as possible. Please ensure you have the proper vehicle and manpower if needed—some items can be large or fragile!Item description
